Service Description
Full service includes -Premium Oil change: recommended grade oil -Oil filter change: original quality oil filter -Air filter replacement: original quality air filter replacement -Engine Diagnostic report: full OBD scan and report for any abnormalities -Coolant: check for coolant leaks, Radiator leaks and top up if necessary -Brake Fluid: Check the condition of brake fluid moisture, reported for abnormalities -Engine & Transmission leak checks -Service reset -Brakes: brake pads and disc inspection and report for abnormalities -Front Suspension: spring, shock absorber and control arm inspection and report for abnormalities -Rear Suspension: spring, shock absorber and control arm inspection and report for abnormalities -Tyres: tyre depth measured and report for abnormalities -Dashboard: report for any check engine light
Cancellation Policy
HEALTH AND SAFETY We believe to work in a safe environment and therefore asks our customers to co-operate during our visit. Please highlight any necessary details that need to be known to our mechanic such as Parking rules and regulation. We ask our customers to provide a good parking spot to carry our service at least 2 car length space. If the working area is considered unsafe our mechanic may refuse the job unless an alternate safe work place is provided. BOOKING AND SERVICE CHARGE £10 Booking fee + £15 Service fee will be charged during checkout. The charge will need to be paid online during checkout with a partial deposit of the service amount. CANCELATION AND REFUND We can offer cancelation of service within 12 hours before the appointment. However there will be a cancelation charge of £25 which covers the booking and admin fees. the deposit amount of the service will be fully refunded. If you like to amend your service appointment it can be done free of charge. CHANGING APPOINTMENT Appointment time and date can be changed free of charge based on the availability.
