Standard service -Oil Change : Standard 5W30 Grade oil. -Oil filter replacement: General oil filter. Standard oil service is the minimum service required for your car, perfect for those seeking efficient and prompt service without a full maintenance package. NOTE: Standard Oil Change service use standard grade of 5W30 oil and general quality oil filters. For premium oils or specific & recommended grade choose our Premium Oil Change Service.
Cancellation Policy
HEALTH AND SAFETY We believe to work in a safe environment and therefore asks our customers to co-operate during our visit. Please highlight any necessary details that need to be known to our mechanic such as Parking rules and regulation. We ask our customers to provide a good parking spot to carry our service at least 2 car length space. If the working area is considered unsafe our mechanic may refuse the job unless an alternate safe work place is provided. BOOKING AND SERVICE CHARGE £10 Booking fee + £15 Service fee will be charged during checkout. The charge will need to be paid online during checkout with a partial deposit of the service amount. CANCELATION AND REFUND We can offer cancelation of service within 12 hours before the appointment. However there will be a cancelation charge of £25 which covers the booking and admin fees. the deposit amount of the service will be fully refunded. If you like to amend your service appointment it can be done free of charge. CHANGING APPOINTMENT Appointment time and date can be changed free of charge based on the availability.
